Died Saturday, August 17, 2019, in Marshall. Carol was born on October 11, 1959, in Pontiac, MI, the daughter of Rev. James L. and E. Darlene (Faulk) Randall. She had been a lifelong resident of the area graduating from Athens High School in 1977. Carol attended Kellogg Community College and Montreat Anderson College. She worked as a case worker for Servpro for several. years. Before that she was employed with Hamlin Concrete, Hamlin Excavating and First Wesleyan Church working as the office manager. Carol also worked for the American Red Cross managing disasters in 48 states and serving with military family affairs. Early in her career, she was a Paraprofessional and coach at Factoryville Christian School. She was a longtime member of the First Wesleyan Church and volunteered on many mission trips and with the children’s and youth ministries. She enjoyed gardening, Facebooking, family genealogy and coaching softball. Surviving is her mother, E. Darlene Randall, sisters and brothers, Connie (Randall) Hamlin, Andrea (Tae) (Randall) Hur, Ronald (Daniela) Randall, David (Jayne) Randall and Jamie (John) (Randall) Henderson. She was the beloved Aunt Carol to 17 nieces and nephews and 12 great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Rev. James L. Randall. Visitation will be held Friday from 5 to 8:00 p.m., at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 24, 2019, at the First Wesleyan Church (Woodland Church) with Pastor Robert Zuhl officiating. Interment will be at North Athens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Brainerd Indian School Hot Springs, SD or The American Red Cross (Military Family Affairs). www.henryfuneralhome.org
