Debra "Debbi" Holmes

Debra Lynn “Debbi” Holmes, 65, of Battle Creek, MI, passed away on 09/18/2020 at Bronson Battle Creek Hospital.  Debbi was born in Battle Creek to Joseph and Joyce Baines. She went to Battle Creek Central High School and graduated in 1972. She worked as a Caregiver for Friends Who Care for 9 years. She enjoyed going to the beach, crafting, her family, helping others, carousels, a good Stephen King book, and of course animals.  Debbi is survived by her 2 children, Tiffany (Aron) Grandstaff and Kevin Ladd, her mother Joyce Baines, her 3 brothers Dan (Becky), Doug, and Darrell (Jeannie) Baines, and her grandson Oliver Grandstaff. She is preceded in death by her father Joe Baines. Per her wishes, there will not be a service but cremation has taken place.
