Mark Irish

Mark C. Irish, age 41, of Battle Creek, passed away November 5, 2021,unexpectedly at his residence.  He was born on September 8, 1980 in Battle Creek, the son of Mark D. and Kathy A. Irish.  Mark was a lifelong resident of Battle Creek.  He previously worked construction jobs before becoming self-employed as a handyman.  Mark loved fishing, hunting and the outdoors.  He was preceded in death by his mother;  Kathy Irish on May 29, 2021.  Surviving are his father; Mark D. Irish of Battle Creek, brothers; Andrew (Jodi) Irish of Burlington, Joshua Irish of Battle Creek, and Mark’s girlfiend; Tamara Stockwell of Battle Creek.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, November 11, 2021, at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home & Cremation Services.  Graveside service will take place 2:00 p.m., Friday, November 12, 2021, at Hicks Cemetery, Pastor Jim Codde officiating.   Memorial contributions may be made in Mark’s memory to the American Lung Association.  Memories and condolences may be left for the family at www.henryfuneralhome.org
