Charles Robert Rothwell

Charles Robert Rothwell, 76, passed away Saturday, September 26, 2026. Leaving to cherish his memory are his wife, Linda, four daughters, Tina Marie Rosen of Decatur, Amanda and Kristi Rothwell of Battle Creek and Ami Rigor of Bronx, New York, one son, Charlie Rothwell of Davenport, FL, eleven grandchildren, two sisters, Brenda Thomason and Loretta Rothwell of Battle Creek, two brothers, Rick Rothwell of Marshall and Tony Rothwell of Battle Creek and several nieces and nephews. Charles was a mason and carpenter by trade working several years for Rhodes Construction with his father, also working for Fountain Construction and Duckworth Brothers. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Ruth Rothwell, two sisters, Christine and Elaine, three brothers, Wendell, Wade and Alwin. Per his wishes he was cremated and, in the future, his ashes will be spread out over the mountains of Tennessee where he was born. There will be a Celebration of Life on October 10, 2026, at the Westlake Presbyterian Church at 415 S. 28th Street, from 1:00-4:00 p.m. www.henryfuneralhome.org
