Ivan Buell Fall

Ivan Buell Fall, 97, of Battle Creek passed away June 29. Ivan was born on September 2, 1928 the son of Ernest Fall and Verda (Combs) Fall. He had three brothers and one sister. He graduated from Lakeview High School in 1947. He married Clara L. McClellan in October of 1947 and they had three children; Catherine C. (Lee R.) Perry, Sheila A. (Terry) DeMott and Robert M. Fall. He has seven grandchildren and Ten Great Grandchildren. In the late 1950 he bought a small farm in Lacey and was Cub and Scout Master there. He enjoyed raising bees and had several hives sharing honey with everyone. Ivan loved to travel and had seen 46 of the 50 states. He also loved to take pictures and had many from his travels. He moved back to Battle Creek in the mid 1960’s and married Karoline Craft in November of 1971. She had two sons; Ronald H. Craft and Robert B. Craft that he loved and helped raise. He retired from Post Cereal in 1986 after 36 years where he worked in every building. He was a troubleshooter in the Instrument Department and a member of Post 25 year Club. He spent many winters in Bradenton and Port St. Lucie, Florida.

A Visitation will take place on Tuesday July 14, 2026, at 10:30am with a funeral service starting at 11:00am at Richard A. Henry Funeral Home 703 Capital Ave SW, Battle Creek, MI 49015. He will be buried in Newton Township Cemetery. www.henryfuneralhome.org
