Jerry Johnson, Jr.

Passed away unexpectedly on Friday, February 4, 2022, at his home with his parents by his side. Jerry was born on July 1, 1965, in Chicago, IL, the son of Jerry L. and Glenda L. (Howard) Johnson, Sr., who survive. He had been a lifelong resident of the area and attended Doris Klaussen Development Center. He loved to ride his bike, going to school, flirting with the girls and was close to his sister Kelly who he called “Baby”. Surviving are his parents; brothers, Scott A. Johnson, Jeff L. Johnson and a sister, Kelly J. Johnson; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, February 10, 2022, at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home and Cremation Services. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Private interment will be held at Floral Lawn Memorial Gardens.
