Joan Linder

Joan was called home by her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, March 26,

2024, at Rose Arbor Hospice Residence. Joan was born in Battle Creek to

the late Truman and Dell (Buckner) Presley. Joan attended Springfield

Elementary and Lakeview High Schools. Joan was married to Benjamin H.

Linder, Jr., on June 9, 1979. They were married almost 23 years. Joan’s

beloved Ben went home to be with Jesus on April 4, 2003. They had no

children. Joan was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Jim and

Jack; grandparents; a sister-in-law, Barbara and several aunts and uncles.

She is survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She

was a devoted member of Faith Baptist Church. Joan loved spending time

with her family and reading the Holy Bible. Visitation will be held on

Thursday, April 18, 2024, from 4 to 7:00 p.m., at the Richard A. Henry

Funeral Home and Cremation Services. Funeral services will be held at

10:00 a.m., Friday, April 19, 2024, at the funeral home. Interment will be at

Fort Custer National Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Rose Arbor
