Karen A. Smith

Karen passed away peacefully at Centrica Rose Arbor Hospice in Kalamazoo. She enjoyed hanging out with the Ramettes and penny shopping at the Dollar General. She is survived by a son, David Smith; a sister, Mollie Hiatt and brothers, Steve (Vicky) Smith and Jim Smith; nieces and nephews, Kelly, Jason, Justin, Tyler, Samantha and Ridley; special friends, Rick, CR, Chris, Theresa and the Ramettes. Karen was preceded in death by her parents, Brother Tom Smith and sister, Diane Warner. Special thanks to the Centrica Rose Arbor Hospice nurses. In accordance with her wishes cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Territorial Brewing. Arrangements by the Richard A.
