Keiko Belcher

Died on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at The Legacy at the Oaks. Keiko was born in Tokyo, Japan, on January 1, 1949, the daughter of Nenosuka and Kiyoko Noguchi. She did her schooling in Japan. On March 5, 1973, she was united in Marriage to Vaughn Belcher who survives. Keiko had been a resident of the area since 1974. She was employed with two banks, a translator for a Japanese company and worked for the U.S. Postal Service in Postmaster relief. She enjoyed playing tennis at Minges Creek, golf league at Binder Park Golf Course and playing Marjan. Keiko is survived by her husband, Vaughn and a brother, Yoshiro Noguchi. In accordance with her wishes cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at Newbre Cemetery. www.henryfuneralhome.org
