Mike was a member of the Eagles Lodge in Battle Creek. He coached rocket football for several years and was a role model to many. He was a true outdoorsman; he enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and off-roading. He loved riding motorcycles, playing guitar, and spending all of his time with his family and friends and loved making memories with his grandkids. Mike had a kind and loving heart and was a friend to everyone. He was an amazing Father, Papa, Son, Brother, and Uncle. He will be greatly missed by all including his closest friends Kevin Darscheid, Dave Vanarman, Jim Rugg, and Bill Smith who were like brothers to him. Also, his nephew Ronnie Fahling, niece Stephaine Johnston, and Rick and Tonya Spaulding who were near and dear to his heart. Mike’s wishes were for no one to be sad but instead to celebrate his life. A celebration of Mike's life will be held at a later date. Arrangements by the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home and Cremation Services. www.henryfuneralhome.org
