Ronnie Krugh

August 6, 1957 — August 4, 2021

Galesburg, MI

Ronnie Jean Krugh, 63, of Galesburg, Michigan, passed away after a brief illness on Wednesday, August 4, 2021, surrounded by her family. Ronnie was born on August 6, 1957 in Niles, MI to Edward and Carolyn Baker, growing up in Berrien Springs, MI. She married the love of her life, Walt, in 1977, and together they had three children. Ronnie loved nothing more than spending time with her family, be it on the sidelines of one of her kids’ or grandsons’ sporting events/school activities or gathered with her large extended family for boisterous dinners. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, well-liked by everyone who met her. Additionally, Ronnie loved watching Cubs baseball games and Notre Dame football, her word search puzzles, reading, watching westerns, and crocheting amazing blankets for her loved ones. She was incredibly humble, generous, loving, and in turn she was loved greatly by all who knew her.

Ronnie is survived by her children: Amy (Joe) Mansfield, Timothy (Lindsay) Krugh, and Michael (Amy) Krugh; her five beloved grandsons: Carter and Joseph Mansfield and Hunter, Alexander, and Oliver Krugh. She is also survived by her father, Edward (Benetta) Baker, siblings, Becky (Blake) Rees, Michael Baker, Kathy (Joe) Bauman, Beverly (Bill) Cook, along with a large extended family who she loved dearly. She is reunited in Heaven with her husband, Walt, her mother Carolyn Sue, sister in law, Patty Baker, and niece Tabitha Cook.

Services will be determined at a future date. Internment will take place at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Sodus Township.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor to the Galesburg – Augusta High School Baseball team, where she spent the last few months of her life being the team’s biggest supporter and loudest cheerleader.  Ronnie, you will be greatly missed.  Arrangements by the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
