Steven Eric Brizendine

Steven Eric Brizendine, age 61 of Battle Creek passed away at his home on July 7, 2026.  

He was born in Battle Creek on November 8, 1964.  Steven lived a life marked by the love of music and enjoyed playing his guitar with other musically inclined friends. He worked most of his life as a cook at numerous restaurants in the Battle Creek, MI area.

Steven is survived by his sons, Steven Brizendine and Eric Brizendine; his daughters, Ashley Bruckner and Tiffany Lord; his sister, Debra Meyer; and his nieces and nephews. 

A private family memorial will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Steven’s name can be made to the Haven of Rest Ministries Men’s Life Recovery Program.  Arrangements by Richard A.
