Tammy Lynn Howard

Tammy Lynn Howard, 68, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Friday, January 16, 2026, at home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born January 6, 1958, to Douglas Myers and Jeanne (Crampton) Miller, and from a young age was raised by her mother and stepfather, Raymond Miller. She became a mother of three wonderful boys, Michael, Gerald, and Cy, whom she adored immensely, and who were truly the light of her life. Tammy was a nurse for many years, and would ultimately find herself working at POST Cereals, where she was a Grape Nut oven operator, and where she would eventually meet the love of her life, Keith Howard. On July 31, 1999, Tammy and Keith married, and together they built a life they had always dreamed of; one filled with love, joy, laughter and many adventures. They enjoyed 26 happy years together. Tammy devoted much of her life to her family, and always looked forward to her time with them, especially her grandchildren. Tammy will always be remembered for her compassionate character, her love for animals, her strength and courage. Tammy was preceded in death by her father, Douglas Myers. She is survived by her parents, Raymond and Jeanne Miller of Marshall; brother, Jim (Renee) Miller of Addison Twp, Kurt Myers of Grand Rapids; husband, Keith Howard of Battle Creek; children, Michael (Julie) Censke of Mendon, Gerald Williams of Albion, Cy (Lindsay) Willavize of Marshall and Siddalee Howard of Battle Creek; grandchildren, Lylah, Molly, Mercedes, Collin, Vanna, CJ, Gotham and a great grandchild, Imani. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at the Richard A.
