Thomas Allan Peterson

Died on January 30, 2024, Thomas was born on April 3, 1952, in Battle Creek, the son of Richard E. and Margie M. (VanDyke) Peterson.  He graduated from Harper Creek High School in 1970 and then took general subject classes at Kellogg Community College. Thomas worked at CT Polymer Tech in South Haven and United steel and Wire until he became disabled. He married Kathy Lang in 1982 with ended in divorce. She was the love of his life even until his passing. Surviving is a sister, Robin DeNicola; brother-in-law, David Merriman;  nephews, Michael Sampson and Terry Peterson; a niece, Kelly Peterson and a great niece, Emily Rose Peterson. Thomas was preceded in death by, Richard Peterson in 2016, Marjorie Peterson in 2022, Richard F. Peterson in 1951 and Lorie Salvat in 2007. Tom loved to hunt and fish. He would go camping often. He used to ride his horses a lot. He enjoyed cookouts with his family and friends. Tom, you will always be remembered in our hearts until we meet again, love you. Tom’s wishes were to be cremated. A celebration of Tom’s life will be this summer.
