Carol Brenner

Died Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at Glenn Arbor Hospice Residence. Carol was born on October 25, 1934, in Battle Creek, the daughter of Cecil and Mayme P. (Wright) Cook. She had been a lifelong resident of the area and was a 1952 graduate of Lakeview High School. On August 4, 1956, she was united in marriage to Donald J. Brenner who survives.  Carol worked 12 years as an X-Ray Technician for Dr. Gilbert Patrick until her retirement in 1967. She attended Battle Creek Friends Church and was a volunteer keeping the books at The Battle Creek Field of Flight. Carol enjoyed bowling and golfing. Surviving are her children, Bryan (Norma) Brenner, Randy (Andria) Brenner, Barb (Tom) Haluszka and Danny Brenner; 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and several step-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Bob Cook.  A private graveside service was held at Floral Lawn Memorial Gardens.
