Mary Lloyd

Mary Ann Lloyd passed away on Jan 27, 2020.  Heaven hang on to your hats as she was the life of the party wherever she went!  She was a devoted and loving daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.  Left to cherish her precious memory are all who knew her.

Mary was born in Harrisburg, PA on Aug 15, 1957.  She retired in 2014 from the HDI Federal Center after 32 years of service, her most recent position being in Foreign Military Sales.

Mary was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer in Sept 2018 and due to targeted therapy was able to live and laugh for 10 months with minimal symptoms.  She wanted very few to know about her illness as she did not want to be treated differently or have others worry about her.

She would be tickled purple if friends would have a drink in her honor or make a donation to the charity of their choice.
