Sandra Oswald

Died Thursday, September 8, 2022, at Hospice of Lansing, Stoneleigh Residence. Sandra was born on August 27, 1941, in Battle Creek, the daughter of William and Marilyn (French) Broderick. She was a resident of the area until 1974 and was a 1959 graduate of Lakeview High School. Sandra worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at numerous nursing homes, hospice facilities and home health care. She was a member of Living Church of God. Sandra loved her sons and committed a great deal of her life to raising them up with a love and commitment to God. She was also a support system for them through life's challenges and struggles. Sandra enjoyed crocheting, making quilts, she loved her kids and grandchildren and her dog "Ellie May". Surviving are her sons, Mathias Reams, Joseph Reams, Michael Oswald, Charles Oswald and Robert Oswald; 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; a brother, William "Bill" Broderick. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Ross Broderick. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home and Cremation Services. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery.
